Grappling

This is a beginner to intermediate level Submission Grappling class. It's a relaxed, fun class where we practice techniques from Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, Sambo, and Wrestling. We also like to take part in local competitions. 

 This is a non-rank structured practice.  All students add to the curriculum.
